Recently, we have grown our business from 600 tonne to almost 1,800 tonne, a 43% compound annual growth rate over the last 4 years, making us the largest prawn farmer in Australia.

Locations
Operations are vertically integrated, including:
- the hatchery, located at Flying Fish Point,
- grow-out facilities, including 148 ponds covering 160 hectares across three farms in Cardwell and Ingham, and
- processing located in Cardwell.
Our Products
Seafarms produces high-quality, year-round reliable prawn volumes for both Australian customers and export markets. We farm two separate prawn species: Penaeus monodon and Penaeus merguiensis, ensuring customers have “FRESH” prawns almost 52 weeks a year.
